Tour Request (AHF & NMUSA Staff Only)

Thank you for your interest in bringing a small group to visit or tour of the National Museum of the U.S. Army prior to opening. The Museum and Foundation team has a regimented protocol to follow for Museum visitation and tours in a COVID-19 environment. With the safety and security of our guests and staff in mind and with ongoing preparations for opening, we require a capture of pertinent information to your visit needs and interests. Please provide any related details through this private online request form.

Please note: this form is for Museum business and project-specific tour requests and not for general interest inquiries (Army and general public). We ask you to limit your tours. Tours to the general public are not allowed at this time.

All tours must be limited to a maximum of 10 people. Everyone must wear a mask covering their mouth and nose, and separated by 6ft. There are no exceptions to this rule. If someone is unable to wear a mask for any reason, we will offer an alternate digital presentation until this rule is lifted.

Please fill out the below form for all tour requests.

First and Last Name should be your name.
Booking Name can be the guest’s name + tour (for example, Glenn Yarborough Hard Hat Tour).
Please select “Tour” under Event Type.

Please provide as much additional information as possible in “Other Event Details,” such as specific information about the group (or person), the purpose of the tour, and if there are any other departments or staff from AHF or Army that should be aware of the visit.

You will be contacted directly if there are any questions or concerns about the request. The guest’s information will be shared with the security team so they can be expected.
