Come cheer on your favorite team as The Army Historical Foundation celebrates the famous rivalry between the Army Black Knights and the Navy Midshipmen during its fifth annual watch party at the National Museum of the United States Army. New this year is a morning tailgate followed by a friendly flag football game for those who want to run around and have some fun before the watch party kicks off at 3:00 p.m. inside the Museum lobby. Come and enjoy food trucks, outdoor games, and performances by The Washington Tattoo and then warm yourself inside by visiting the Museum’s exhibits including its newest exhibit Call to Arms: The Soldier and the American Revolution.
Anyone interested in playing flag football is welcome to join FXA Adults Sports on Warrior’s Field at noon for instructions, rules, and a warm-up prior to kick-off. All participants will be required to fill out a waiver prior to participation (I have it attached to the email) and follow FXA’s Code of Conduct Policy. Anyone that violates FXA’s or Museum’s policy (as it relates to prohibited items and conduct with individuals) will be asked to leave the game and Museum campus.
Interested players can also pre-register for the game here OR CLICK REGISTER ON THE RIGHT. Please remember to bring your completed waiver with you.
