Join us this February for "Pal"-entine's Day Yoga
Date: Sunday, February 13th, 2022
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Location: Veterans' Hall
The Army Historical Foundation invites you and your “pals” to take a moment to de-stress by enjoying a morning of yoga at the National Museum of the United States Army.
Yoga is a valuable tool for reducing stress and increasing overall health and fitness. The U.S. Army has also utilized yoga practices, such as breathing techniques and muscle and body control, to improve Soldier and veteran wellness.
Join instructors from Honest Flow Yoga and The Sound Doula for a morning of flow and sound meditation before starting your week. And after your class, grab a coffee and some healthy snacks at the Museum Café on the first floor.
Note: Masks are required inside the Museum at all times unless actively eating or drinking.
Spots are limited!
