A two-week total of $366,955 in contributions received from new donors during July 24-August 7 drew special thanks and comment from Army Historical Foundation Chairman General Gordon R. Sullivan earlier today.
“Word of construction progress here at the museum site has prompted a growing number of new donors whose contributions are sustaining the momentum of our Capital Campaign,” Sullivan noted upon receiving the most recent report. “We appreciate the generosity of these new donors who’ve joined over 157,000 Founding Sponsors who’ve supported this long-overdue tribute to our Army and its Soldiers.”
Contributions during the two-week period came from 15 states and ranged mostly between $250-$1,000.
